Kingsmead's Poplar Park in Bognor Regis has just received its 50th garage from the Park Home industry's preferred supplier Compton Buildings. Providing a building and service that meets the needs of the customer is the objective shared by both Compton and the General Manager of Kingsmead Parks, Peter Hatton.
Each home on Poplar Park has its own adjacent Compton garage, some are single and others are double garages, but all come with Charcoal granular steel tiled roofs, complete with guttering and weather bars. Due to a local planning requirement, all 50 of the garages have a special extra thick Steni fascia containing Rockwool to reduce any potential fire risk. These special fascias have not been specified anywhere else in the UK and their use here demonstrates Compton's commitment to giving Park Home managers products that meet their needs.

Commenting on the success of the relationship, Peter Hatton said "The quality of the garages along with the service given to us by Compton Buildings from the initial specification and subsequent ordering has been exceptional. Any minor problems that have occurred, which was expected with an order of this nature, were dealt with in a very professional manner.
